Sisilija Lodge #19 S4a flap. Sisilija Lodge was originially formed as Buffalo Lodge #19. Buffalo Lodge was chartered in 1925 in the Schenectady County Council located in Albany, New York. In 192?, the Buffalo Lodge name was changed to Sisilija Lodge. The lodge totem was the Buffalo under both names for the lodge


    S4a flap: Black border and "Schenectady New York"; Red name,

                     number, and "WWW"; Yellow left arrow; White buffalo;

                     Light olive round.


    S4b flap: Black border and "Schenectady New York"; Red name,

                     number, and "WWW"; Yellow left arrow; Light Green ground.



Sisilija Lodge #19 Merger History

Kittan Lodge #364 was chartered in 2007 in the Twin Rivers Council #364 located in Albany, New York. Kittan was formed in the merger of Haudenosaunee Lodge #19 and Loon Lodge #364. The Kittan Lodge totem is a Porcupine.

 

    Haudenosaunee Lodge #19 was chartered in 1999 in the Twin Rivers Council #364 located in Albany, New York. In 1999, Haudenosaunee Lodge was formed in the merger of Ganienkeh Lodge #19 with Wakpominee Lodge #48. The Haudenosaunee Lodge totem was a turtle.


      Ganienkeh Lodge #19 was chartered in 1992 in the Twin Rivers Council located in Albany, New York. Ganienkeh Lodge was formed from merger of Sisilija Lodge #19 and Ganienkeh Lodge #181. The Ganienkeh Lodge #19 totem was Three Native Americans.


        Sisilija Lodge #19 was chartered in 1925 in the Schenectady County Council located in Schenectady, New York. In 192?, Sisilija Lodge changed its name from Buffalo Lodge. The Sisilija Lodge totem was Buffalo.


        Ganienkeh Lodge #181 was chartered in 1990 in the Twin Rivers Council located in Albany, New York. The lodge was formed from merger of Nischa Nimat lodge #181, Ta-Oun-Ya-Wat-Ha lodge #268, and Thay-En-Da-Ne-Gea Lodge #418. The Ganienkeh Lodge #181 totem was Three Native American.


          Nischa-Nimat Lodge #181 was initially chartered 1963 in the Fort Orange Uncle Sam Council located in Loudonville, New York. In 1971, the Fort Orange Uncle Sam Council changed its name to the Governor Clinton Council. Nischa-Nimat Lodge #181 was formed by the merger with Mahikan Lodge #181 and Mohawk Lodge #267. The Nischa-Nimat Lodge totem was the Two Native Americans.


            Mahikan Lodge #181 was chartered in 1940 in the Fort Orange Council located in Albany, New York. The Mahikan Lodge totem was the Moose.


            Mohawk Lodge #267 was chartered in 1944 in the Uncle Sam Council located in Troy, New York. The Mohawk Lodge Lodge totem was a Native American head.


          Ta-Oun-Ya-Wat-Ha Lodge #268 was chartered in 1944 in the Saratoga County Council located in Ballston Spa, New York. The Ta-Oun-Ya-Wat-Ha Lodge totem was a Native American.

           

          Thay-En-Da-Ne-Gea Lodge #418 was chartered in 1949 in the Sir William Johnson Council located in Gloversville, New York. In 1953, Thay-En-Da-Ne-Gea Lodge changed its name from Nick Stoner Lodge. The Thay-En-Da-Ne-Gea Lodge totem was a Wolf.


      Wakpominee Lodge #48 was chartered in 1930 in the Mohican Council located in Glens Falls, New York. The Wakpominee Lodge totem was a sitting gray squirrel.


    Loon Lodge #364 was chartered in 1947 in the Adirondack Council #394 located in Plattsburg, New York. The Loon Lodge totem was the Loon.
